Honey-Dijon Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Place chicken in an ungreased 11X7X2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear, turning and basting with pan juices every 15 minutes.
