Combine the ground beef, rolled oats, egg, ketchup, onion and salt. Mix thouroughly and shape into 24 balls. Place in a baking dish and bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes or until done. For sauce, combine soup and sour cream in a medium sauce pan. Stir in milk and paprika, mix well. Fold in the cooked meatballs. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until hot. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
